Digital scale reads the load.
For guys already running an extender
You know the ritual. Tape the glans. Sleeve on the cup. Apply lube. Seat the cup. Roll the sleeve down. Pump. Check the seal. Attach the extender. Lose the seal at minute twelve and do it again. None of that is traction. It is overhead, and you pay it every single day.

10 minutes, every day
10 seconds, then you train
So what's the catch?
There is none. The 10-second secret is that there is no seal to build. Seat it just below the glans, close the lever, hook it locked, clip it to your extender, tune the strap. Done.
Seat and lock
Seat it just below the glans. Close the lever. Hook it on your number. Wrap first if you like, comfort only.
Clip and tune
Clip the strap to your extender, or a weight strap. Tune tension with the strap. Start below your cup number.
Run sets
20 to 30 minutes on. A few minutes off. Clip back on. Three sets is a session.
The lock
No nuts, no tools, nothing to twist. The numbered latch drops into the same slot every time, so the grip you set today is the grip you get tomorrow.

Everything about the hanger in one video. Sound on.
Compatibility
The hook strap clips to the top of the extender you already own. On the Epic Extender Pro the digital scale reads your tension, so your latch number and your load are both real numbers you can log and repeat. Click any option to watch it mounted.
Digital scale reads the load.
Hook strap clips to the top bar.
Same clip, same strap.
No extender. Strap straight to the weight.
✓Cut or uncut, same grip. It holds the shaft over the skin, so there is no seal to build and no foreskin to hold back.

Every other compression hanger on the market is a copy of the same bolted design. This one was drawn from scratch by a guy who uses it.
Why it works
Vacuum cup load lands on the glans
Epic hanger load lands on the shaft
Dashed = no load on the glans at all.
Reason 1
A cup pulls on the glans, the thinnest skin you have. That is where fluid, blisters and the numb head come from. The hanger loads the shaft. Nothing pulls on the glans.
Hanger Felt through the proximal half, the part closest to the body
Cup Felt at the tip, where the cup is
Reason 2
A cup pulls from the tip. The hanger grips lower, so you feel the stretch in the proximal half, closest to the body. Most guys run both: cup for long holds, hanger for heavy short sets.
Reason 3
Every other compression hanger is the same bolted design with a different logo: thick, heavy, metal edges, and quality that is hit or miss. The Epic hanger is a lever and a latch. Slim, no metal, cushioned, and built to be worn.

Yes. The hook strap clips to the Epic Extender, Epic Extender Pro, and Best Extender V5.0.
No. It is too bulky under clothes and the edges dig in when sitting. Use it for extender sessions and weight hanging.
No metal edges, no nuts. The TPE cushion spreads the load. Compression still restricts blood flow by design, so release every 20 to 30 minutes.
About two inches behind the glans to seat it. Very short flaccid length makes placement harder.
No. Start below your cup number and build set over set. Week three is the number that matters, not day one.
The moment the glans feels cool, the color changes, or it tingles. The clock is a ceiling. Your body is the trigger.
Just below the glans. Too far forward and it slides. Too tight and you feel it in the nerves. Moderate lever pressure holds, and the latch number keeps it there next time.
Optional. A sleeve or wrap under the grip adds comfort. It is not needed for hold.
Compression grips over the skin, so the foreskin does not have to be retracted and held the way a vacuum seal requires. Testers raised this as an advantage.
Yes. More through the proximal half of the shaft. Many guys run cup and hanger in the same session for both.
